NO REFUNDS
I do not offer refunds on services provided. Time, expertise, and professional-grade products are invested into every appointment, and each result is customized specifically for you.
MY COMMITMENT TO YOU
Your satisfaction matters to me. If your result does not align with what was discussed during your consultation, I am happy to make adjustments at no additional cost—provided I am notified within two (2) weeks of your original appointment.
HOW TO REQUEST AN ADJUSTMENT
Please contact me at teaseandtonic@gmail.com within 14 days of your original service to schedule an adjustment appointment. I reserve the right to determine if the request qualifies as a service adjustment or will require a new appointment at standard pricing.
